Waffles - recipe 2

125g butter
75g sugar
1 package vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
3separated eggs
250g flour
½ tsp. baking soda
250ml milk
125ml sparkling mineral water


Whisk butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt foamily. Then mix in the egg yolk.
Mix flour and baking soda and add it with the milk to the butter-sugar-egg-cream.
Stir in the sparkling mineral water and fold in the beaten egg white.
Bake the waffles in a waffle iron until golden brown and serve warm.
